EMT +1 Featuring Bernie Worrell California Shows and Desert Rocks
Feb 18, 2008
EMT+1 featuring legendary keyboardist Bernie Worrell will play a few shows in California as well as the Desert Rocks Festival in Moab, Utah this Spring.

Bernie Worrell first came to prominence as a founding member and Musical Director of Parliment/Funkadelic. The hits were many: "Flashlight", "Atomic Dog", "Aqua Boogie", "Red Hot Mama" are but a few of the songs he co-wrote, played and co-produced for Parliment/Funkadelic. After leaving Parliment/Funkadelic, Bernie resurfaced with the revamped Talking Heads for 12 years including the historic album and movie "Stop Making Sense".

In 2000 Bernie and Eric were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as part of the P-Funk All Stars. Today, Bernie continues to compose and perform for select artists as well as the television and movie industry.
